Performing Arts

This course follows on from L2DRA

This is a course for people who love performing! It is a concentrated, fast-moving course which builds on skills developed in the Level 2 Drama course. The emphasis is placed on the students’ personal growth and knowledge of themselves. Initiative and self-motivation are important requirements for this course. Related technical areas will also be covered, with students having ‘hands on’ experience in their own production decisions. The course is of a very practical nature and active participation is essential. Performance (both group and solo) is an integral part. Written reflection and analysis support all tasks. Trips to live theatre performances are a requirement for the external exam.
