This course follows on from L2TCH and L2TFD

This is a practical based course which includes units of learning recognised and linked with Polytechnics and Hospitality Institute Standards. This course is ideal for those seeking employment in this field or going on to advanced studies in Chef work, Hotel Management, Tourism or starting their own catering business. Students will be expected to cater for functions.
