Rugby Academy tough it out

Recently, 38 Long Bay College Rugby Academy students took up an early Saturday morning challenge to complete a hardcore training session at Bethells Beach sand dunes. Not only did they all complete the challenge, they did an amazing job of supporting each other during the session. Well done!
Many thanks to Mr Kevin Parslow for creating a video of the Academy.

Full School Athletics Day Success

Our full school Athletics Day, held on March 1, was a fantastic day of fun, colour, energy and school spirit. It was wonderful to see so many students participating in both competitive and social activities. Some excellent results were achieved by our athletes with a number of school records broken.
