Sheilah Winn Shakespeare

Have you a desire to perform some truly challenging theatre? Are you interested in the stories of Romeo and Juliet or Macbeth? The Sheilah Winn Shakespeare Festival at the end of Term 1 is the culmination of many weeks of work from student directors and their enthusiastic cast. Each senior student director selects a piece from a Shakespearean play and, after choosing their actors, rehearse for a term before performing as part of a competitive Festival weekend. Great friendships and being a part of a supportive group of positive students are just a few reasons for taking part. Mr Brendan Perkins works with student directors to organise auditions, casting and rehearsal times.
