Uniform Requirements
Own boots and mouthguard.
Rugby shorts and socks are to be purchased from our uniform provider.
All teams will be loaned their playing shirts for the season.
Students must wear their mouth guard at all practices and games.
Practice Times
All practices take place at Long Bay College.
Coaches to confirm training days and times.
Games
All Boys rugby played on Saturday.
Girls’ rugby played on Monday afternoon.
Games are played home and away. The draw will be available on the sports draw and the North Harbour Rugby website.
