Long Bay College has always been proud of its sporting achievements. To further build upon our success, students have the opportunity to join Latitude 36, our modern, functional fitness centre. Latitude 36 helps students build a foundation that is vital for young developing athletes, whether they are beginners or have played sport for a number of years. Once students develop their personalised programmes with our qualified Fitness Trainers, they complete the workout of the day based on their fitness level.
Sessions include: High Intensity training, Lifting sessions (Weight, Power and Olympic), as well as functional fitness movements.
Hours: Latitude 36 is open Monday-Thursday from 3.30pm-5pm.
