Congratulations to Mikayla Robson who recently won the Girlboss Edge Ministry for Primary Industries challenge, topping 500 other college-aged women from around New Zealand. With a passion for the environment, Mikayla designed a three-tier water filtration system to remove microplastics from stormwater. She now has the opportunity to develop her concept further with the support of mentors from the Ministry for Primary Industries. In addition, Mikayla was recognised as a finalist in the Girlboss Edge Law challenge. Well done Mikayla!
