Congratulations to our Deputy Head Girl, Caitlin Scott who is the 2019 Long Bay College Dux. Caitlin gained Excellence credits for every assessment this year in Calculus, English, Physics and Biology. On top of her five NCEA external examinations, she also completed five Scholarship exams. At our Academic Prizegiving, Caitlin came away with Excellence Certificates in Level 3 English and Biology. She is the recipient of cups for Excellence in Level 3 Chemistry, Physics and the Martin Cup for Oratory. Next year, Caitlin is studying for an Engineering degree at the University of Auckland. We are so proud of her and wish her all the best for an exciting future.
