Long Bay College’s Big Band have have earned a gold award for their fantastic performance at the Auckland Secondary School’s Jazz Competition held in July. This top level achievement is great recognition for the hard work the group have put in and a wonderful progression from the Big Band’s silver awards achieved over the past few years.

The Junior Jazz Combo also participated in the Jazz Competition and received a bronze award.

Both groups received excellent feedback from the judges.
