If you have the enviable opportunity to enjoy dishes prepared by Long Bay College Year 13 students’ Bara Kralova and Aimee Pugh, you’ll be eating food created by New Zealand silver medallists. The girls achieved excellent scores at the recent national Secondary School Culinary Competition grand final, which earned them their medals. Not only was the girl’s food absolutely delicious (they were complimented by the judges for their skills in food seasoning and flavour), it was prepared with the utmost of care. For the first time ever in the competition, the judges’ awarded 100% for kitchen skills and hygiene to Bara and Aimee. Congratulations girls! #LongBayCollegePride
