Jack came away with the Bronze Medal in the Boys Under 15 / Under 61kg weight group.
Posted on September 15, 2020Sport postponed Following the Government’s decision that Auckland will remain at Alert Level 2.5 until at least Wednesday, 23 September, College Sport Auckland have made the decision to cancel all remaining winter sports fixtures. With a maximum of four days of competition left, it is not viable for the winter sports season to continue. We are now looking forward to Term 4 and the summer sports season.

Posted on December 12, 2019NZ Beach Volleyball success Congratulations to Kayla Allison-Carnie (Year 12) and Olivia Merriman (Year 11) who won the opening round of the New Zealand Beach Tour in the Under 19 Division at Mount Maunganui on the weekend. The girls won one and lost one in their pool play and then won both their round of 16 match and the quarter final. On Sunday they convincingly won their semi final 21-11 and 21-12 and then continued their winning way by finishing with another straight sets win in the final, 21-16, 21-18. Great effort girls!
Posted on September 28, 2018September 28, 2018GIRLS RUGBY TEAM WIN AGAIN! The Long Bay College Girls Rugby 7’s U19 team won the North Harbour Rugby 7’s tournament on September 26. The team continued their great 2018 winning form, taking the top spot in the final against Massey High School in the open girls division after 5 unbeaten matches. The win is extra special because it is the first time Long Bay College has won the 7’s tournament after 4 years in second place. The team also won the North Harbour girls rugby season this year. Posted on September 18, 2018September 18, 20184 golds at national swimming championships Long Bay College student, Nia Wallace recently competed in the NZ Secondary Swimming Championships 4-day event as a para-athlete at the Aquatic Centre in Wellington. She won gold in 50m, 100m and 200m freestyle, as well as gold in 50m and 100m backstroke. Nia also achieved four new personal best times! Congratulations Nia on an outstanding achievement!
