The girls won one and lost one in their pool play and then won both their round of 16 match and the quarter final. On Sunday they convincingly won their semi final 21-11 and 21-12 and then continued their winning way by finishing with another straight sets win in the final, 21-16, 21-18. Great effort girls!

GIRLS RUGBY TEAM WIN AGAIN!

The Long Bay College Girls Rugby 7’s U19 team won the North Harbour Rugby 7’s tournament on September 26. The team continued their great 2018 winning form, taking the top spot in the final against Massey High School in the open girls division after 5 unbeaten matches.  The win is extra special because it is the first time Long Bay College has won the 7’s tournament after 4 years in second place. The team also won the North Harbour girls rugby season this year.  Congratulations girls and also to your coaches and supporters. #LongBayCollegePride #LongBayCollegeLegends
